You'll
make an impact with us by

• Completing three tailored
  assignments over 24 months across Siemens' finance functions - spanning
  Operating Companies, Corporate Units, and Siemens Financial Services.
• Going abroad for at least one
  assignment to broaden your global perspective while being based at our
  headquarters in Germany.
• Taking ownership of complex
  projects from day one, working in international teams.
• Gaining exposure to innovative
  topics and business models, including Software as a Service (SaaS).

You'll win us over by

• MBA, Ph.D., Master's in
  Finance/Accounting, or equivalent qualification, with strong academic
  track record.

• 5-10 years of relevant finance
  experience in industrial companies, including minimum 12 months
  international work experience.

• Shown analytical strength and
  hands-on experience in areas such as business planning, performance
  monitoring, financial modeling, data analytics, new business model
  development, business intelligence, and post-merger reviews, with a focus
  on digital transformation.

• Experience leading teams and
  driving complex, high-impact projects, e.g. in transformational contexts.

• Business proficiency in English
  with strong communication skills.

• Flexibility and mobility within
  the program duration and beyond.
