You'll make a
difference by:

• Lead R&D Operations: Driving the strategic direction and
  execution of R&D for a high-growth enterprise ALM product, ensuring
  innovation, scalability, and alignment with business goals.
• SaaS Transformation Strategy: Defining and leading the roadmap for
  transitioning legacy enterprise software to a modern SaaS architecture,
  balancing technical feasibility with customer value.
• Technical Vision & Modernization: Making critical decisions on UX
  modernization, storage technologies, and architectural evolution to
  enhance product performance and user experience.
• team Leadership: Building, mentoring, and managing
  high-performing, distributed engineering teams.
• Customer-Centric Product Delivery: Serving as a senior technical voice in
  customer interactions, ensuring product releases meet quality expectations
  and deliver measurable value.
• Architect and Evolve Complex Systems: Leading the design and re-architecture
  of enterprise-grade ALM solutions, translating complex product
  requirements into scalable, maintainable software designs with broad
  technical impact.
• Technical Product Leader: Providing strategic technical leadership
  across multiple product areas, leveraging deep industry knowledge to guide
  development practices and ensure alignment with customer needs.

Your success is
grounded in:

• Global leadership: Proven track record leading globally distributed,
  cross-cultural teams.
• Enterprise Product Creation: Significant experience building/creating
  software products/tools (not just maintaining/migrating), from MVP to
  scalable adoption.
• Deep Development Background: Hands-on software engineering credentials
  (coding, architecture, design reviews), able to dive deep and make
  high-quality technical decisions.
• Cloud & SaaS Experience: Strong background in cloud-native
  architectures (e.g., microservices, Kubernetes, event-driven systems,
  storage technologies, observability).
• Strategy to Execution: Ability to define technical roadmaps
  aligned to business goals and translate them into repeatable execution
  with measurable outcomes.
