As a Working Student Digital Tools & Process Innovation in Product Development (f/m/d) at Erlangen, you’ll drive the integration of cutting-edge technologies like AI into our workflows, actively support project management, and bring your ideas for smarter, more efficient tools to life.

You'll make an impact by

• You support the Project Lead team in their daily project management and controlling activities by maintaining and further developing existing tools and dashboards, primarily using Python and React.js- Building on this, you help integrate AI technologies and automation agents into our workflows, driving forward the digital transformation of our product development processes- In addition, you assist in ensuring that project management and controlling are underpinned by reliable, up-to-date tooling, enabling transparent and efficient decision-making- To continuously improve our operations, you proactively identify opportunities for increased efficiency and propose innovative digital solutions in close collaboration with project leads and stakeholders

This is how you'll win us over

• Education: You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Experience and Skills:- Practical experience or strong knowledge in Python and/or React.js- Interest and familiarity with AI technologies, automation, and digital transformation- Having some experience with digital tools that support project management or controlling is a plus
• Ways of Working: You are curious, analytical, and comfortable familiarizing yourself with new tools and structures while working independently
• Languages: Very good command of either English or German (written and spoken)
