Are you looking for a role where your language skills actually drive global business? We are seeking a talented and highly-motivated individual to serve in our Renewal Sales Representative team. You will join our international team for a 6 to 12-months maternity cover.
This is a unique chance to work in a truly global environment, using German and English as your primary tools of communication.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for managing maintenance and subscription renewal quotations. This position will lead, with partnership from Sales, the execution of the renewal process for our accounts.

• Manage the renewal sales cycle from opportunity through contract, execution- Achieve and exceed quarterly on-time or early renewal targets- Pro-actively identify “at-risk” renewal customers and build strategy to ensure a successful renewal- Provide and track feedback for leadership to identify challenges in the renewal cycle- Generate support renewal quotes- Revise support quotes as needed- Process support purchase orders

Qualifications & Skills:

• You are fluent in German and English. You feel comfortable using both in a business context- You can quickly "plug in" to existing global workflows and hit the ground running.- You enjoy working with diverse cultures and understand the dynamics of a global organization.- You have excellent communication and negotiation skills- Proven track record at establishing and achieving or exceeding revenue targets- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task- Ability to work with multiple interfaces, work both independently and as a part of a team- Experience in sales or renewals - a must
