What do you contribute?

Are you ready to step into the role of Communication Business Partner at Turnkey (TK)? This dynamic, diversified opportunity demands creativity, strategic thinking, and a passion for making waves in the communication landscape.

As Communication Business Partner, you plan and execute integrated communication campaigns, develop the strategic communication plan, and oversee the annual roadmap and budget.

• 2-year parental leave cover supporting the Turnkey Communications team on a fixed-term contract
• Strategic CEO positioning including senior-level advisory, storyline development, and orchestration of internal and external engagements
• End-to-end project management across customer and employee events, international sales campaigns, and flagship trade fairs – including integrated project governance
• Sales support through conception and execution of high-impact marketing and communication campaigns in international tender business
• Global project expertise spanning product and brand campaigns with hands-on, cross-functional project management
• 360-degree digital channel management including target-group-specific content strategies and professional content production
• CRM communication ownership covering newsletter, campaign, and lead management

What do you bring along?

• University degree in social sciences, communications, journalism, or equivalent
• Several years in corporate communications with proven strategic experience and budget management, ideally in technical or industrial environments
• 360-degree communications generalist with hands-on expertise across social media (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube), large-scale event management and moderation, CRM/newsletter campaigns, digital content production, crisis communication, and sales support
• Strong project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously, work under pressure, and deliver results on time and on budget – self-starter who drives execution independently
• Proven stakeholder management experience with ability to collaborate effectively across functions and hierarchy levels
• Experience with AI-supported tools for content generation and campaign execution is a plus
• Professional proficiency in English – written and spoken; German is a plus
