CF F Trade Finance Advisory (TFA) as the governance owner for Trade Finance within Siemens has the mission to provide an effective and efficient risk framework for the Trade Finance business of Siemens and manages the risks associated with Guarantees, Letters of Credit and Fiduciary Accounts.

This will be your impact.- You independently conceptualize, develop, and maintain various reports on Siemens’ trade finance products.- Together with your team, you ensure the accurate and timely preparation and delivery of TFA’s input to financial statements.- You support the specification and testing of features in our IT system for guarantee management.- You assist with model calculations regarding guarantee commissions and fees to support decision-making processes.- You act as contact person for the guarantee department, accounting, and business when clarifications regarding the guarantee reporting and charging process are needed.- You independently drive digitalization and automation initiatives in the area of reporting and reconciliation utilizing ETL tools and BI solutions.- Together with your team, you identify opportunities for process improvement and implement measures for harmonization and simplification.

This is how you'll win us over. - Education & Experience: - Bachelor´s degree in business administration, finance & banking, (international) management or a related field combined with first experience in a finance department of Siemens, a bank or another industrial company - Master´s degree in business administration, finance & banking, (international) management or a related field; initial experience gained through internships or working student positions is a plus

• Experience & Skills: - Experienced with (trade) finance products and processes and their handling in IT-systems- Very good knowledge in the field of data preparation and data analysis, as well as in the preparation of interactive reports- Familiar with ETL tools (e.g. Alteryx, KNIME) and Business Intelligence and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) and are willing to deepen your knowledge in this field

• Ways of working: - Commitment, strong analytical skills, and focus on achieving impactful outcomes paired with excellent communication and presentation abilities- Ability to adapt and thrive in a global, multicultural environment; experience working across diverse cultural settings is an added advantage

• Languages: Business proficiency in German and English
