What you will do with us
- Manage and support group accounting activities for a large international organization.
- Perform and coordinate consolidation processes
- Ensure high-quality group financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
- Act as a subject matter expert for accounting and consolidation topics.
- Contribute to system and process improvements within Finance & Accounting.
- Support or lead migration and transformation projects, including SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA transitions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, auditors, and cross-functional teams.
What you will bring with you
- More than 5 years of experience in group accounting in large organizations or in auditing large corporate groups.
- Steuerberater or Wirtschaftsprüfer exams are a strong plus.
- Retail industry experience is an advantage.
- Deep knowledge of IFRS and strong understanding of group financial reporting standards.
- Solid experience in consolidation, ideally with Tagetik.
- High affinity for SAP, Excel, and technical solutions supporting Finance and Accounting processes.
- Ideally hands-on experience in SAP migration projects (e.g., SAP R/3 → SAP S/4HANA).
- Pragmatic, hands-on working style combined with a strong drive to optimize structures and processes.
