What you will do with us

As a Global Process Owner, you will take over global end‑to‑end governance for one of four distinct core processes within our value chain:

• Proposition Development & Communication - development, positioning, and communication of customer‑centric solutions
• Buy & Manage Products - Category Management, assortment planning, sourcing, supplier management, product data management
• Deliver Products to Customers - space management, demand & supply planning, logistics, fulfilment, transport, replenishment
• Serve Products to Customers - service readiness, customer interaction, omnichannel service execution, after‑care, continuous service improvement

In your assigned end‑to‑end process, you will:

• Define global standards, methods, and guidelines to ensure efficient, scalable, and data‑driven end‑to‑end processes.
• Identify optimisation opportunities and translate them into sustainable improvements together with the business functions.
• Manage process performance using clear KPIs and metrics, ensuring transparency regarding progress, maturity, and operational effectiveness.
• Drive global transformation and harmonisation initiatives across markets and functions.
• Act as a sparring partner for management and serve as the central point of contact for all

What you will bring with you

• Several years of experience in global process ownership, process optimisation, or a comparable role, ideally in retail, omnichannel, or FMCG environments.
• Deep understanding of the value chain relevant to the specific process you would own.
• Strong ability to structure, harmonise, and further develop complex end‑to‑end processes in a data‑driven way.
• Confident stakeholder management across functions, markets, and seniority levels.
• Strong analytical skills combined with experience in change management.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English and German.
