Client Details

For a major aircraft interiors program, we are looking for experienced CVEs specializing in certification and compliance of aircraft seating systems and seat structures.

The role focuses on demonstrating compliance for seat modifications and certification programs within FAA and EASA environments.

Description

• Lead compliance verification activities for seat structure certification
• Review structural substantiation reports and certification evidence
• Support seat modification and retrofit programs
• Define certification strategies and means of compliance
• Support showing-compliance activities for seat certification
• Coordinate with design, stress, test, and airworthiness teams

Profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or equivalent

Extensive experience with aircraft seating systems

Strong expertise in:

• CS/FAR 25.561
• CS/FAR 25.562
• TSO certification
• STC programs
• Showing Compliance

Experience working directly with seat suppliers

Fluent English
