Your role:

As a member of the Financial Planning & Analysis team within Life Science Finance, you will lead the end-to-end cash flow analysis & planning in Life Science, identifying key drivers, trends, and opportunities for cash optimization . This includes working in close partnership across a variety of Finance teams (such as Accounting, Investor Relations, and Business Unit controlling) and with Business teams to deliver excellent financial advisory. In addition, you are an integral part of the Life Science Financial Planning process, serving as a key contributor and advisor for financial decision-making across Life Science. In this capacity, you will proactively analyze, investigate, and explain key movements in our financial statements, playing an active role in the monthly and quarterly business reviews. You will examine external market data and internal financial results to provide insights on drivers, trends, and the competitive environment. Additionally, you will benchmark financial performance against market peers and develop quantitative models to support ad-hoc analysis and Life Science Executive Team decision-making.

Who you are :

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in FP&A, treasury, or controlling, preferably in a large multinational organization.
  • Strong financial modelling expertise with proven cash flow forecasting and scenario analysis capabilities.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SAP and Excel; experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) cash flow tools is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of financial statements and the ability to link business decisions to financial outcomes.
  • Self-driven and motivated person with an outstanding analytical mindset, strong financial and business acumen, and ability to recognize financial implications of business decisions and strategy.
