YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will be part of the global Integrated Business Planning team within Corporate Development.
• You will be responsible for the successful implementation of integrated business planning in Dr. Oetker markets and individual workstreams as well as the management of internal and external resources within the scope of the Integrated Business Planning program.
• You are responsible for ensuring the success of projects through goal-oriented, efficient and professional project management.
• Together with a local team in our Dr. Oetker subsidiaries you bring the project to life and implement Integrated Business Planning.
• With your support, the implementation of strategic and operational planning processes (such as Sales, Marketing, Demand, Integration etc.) is carried out in Dr. Oetker markets and international functional areas according to the global Integrated Business Planning approach.
• You will be entrusted with the continuous preparation, execution and documentation of multinational implementations and related reporting's for the overall program management.
• Your tasks include the project and change management within the framework of the roll-out projects as well as continuous local stakeholder management.
• You will link the local markets with international departments such as Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Controlling and IT.
• With your experience and learnings, solution approaches are generated to continuously improve the overall rollout of Integrated Business Planning as well as the operative performance of individual international departments and national subsidiaries.

WHAT YOU BRING

• You have a master's degree and at least 5 years of professional work experience in Sales, Category Management, Marketing, Supply, Controlling or Transformational roles or management consulting, corporate development or corporate strategy
• You are very analytical, results driven, reliable and well-organized. Besides that, you are a problem solver who independently identifies, structures and solves complex problems. 
• Moreover, you have gained deep knowledge in project management and project implementation in an international environment. 
• You have already proven your good understanding of business planning through your functional experience or through the implementation of processes across different areas within the value chain.
• You are open towards innovation and change at Dr. Oetker and able to find the right solution when faced with resistance.
• You convince your environment by a professional appearance, good communication skills, assertiveness and commitment.
• You have extensive methodological competence in project management as well as profound experience in change management and the management of complex stakeholder structures in an international and interdisciplinary context.
• Your working style is characterized by a high degree of resilience and flexibility.
