Our Solar & BESS Engineering Team in Renewables is looking for you!

• Design and develop battery energy storage systems (BESS) integrated with solar and wind power projects

• Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments for BESS installations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of BESS with solar PV and Wind systems

• Perform detailed engineering analysis, including sizing, modelling, and simulation of BESS

• Develop and review technical specifications, drawings, and documentation for BESS projects

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols

• Monitor and analyze the performance of BESS installations, identifying opportunities for improvement

• Provide technical support during the commissioning and testing of BESS

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in BESS technology and solar engineering

• Mentor and guide other engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices

• Lead engineering activities during development TDD and construction stage

• University degree in the area of electrical engineering, renewable energies or similar with focus on electrical engineering

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience

• Proficiency in BESS technologies, including lithium-ion batteries, battery management systems, and power conversion systems

• Experience with energy management software, simulation tools, and modeling platforms

• Familiarity with solar design, grid integration, power electronics, and control systems for renewable energy projects

• Knowledge of RES technology, including system design, installation, and maintenance

• Creative and open-minded individual with a good sense of humor

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proven track record of international work experience

• Willingness to travel internationally

• Business fluency in English, any other language will be helpful
