Then you fit perfectly to our team. Mercedes-Benz Insurance Services is the insurance service provider of the Mercedes-Benz Group. The worldwide development and expansion of automotive insurance products is the focus of our activities. In addition, we are responsible for all corporate insurance of the group and provide attractive offers of pension plans and private insurance products to all employees in Germany.

The Insurance Programs Team is responsible for product development and product performance steering. We closely collaborate with (re)insurers, local markets and Research & Development of MB, focusing on developing motor insurance products for new features (e.g. ADAS) and technology (e.g. BEV), providing insurance information to support vehicle technology & testing and also product rollout in markets around the globe.

The adventure for you includes:

• Support motor insurance product development, including data collection, discussion preparation, document update, market research etc.
• Preliminary data cleaning and analysis of claims information from different insurers with internal scripts and tools
• Support the development of a product performance steering dashboard
• Prepare management update and monthly exchange with stakeholders of product development
• Support organization and documentation of meetings and workshops
• Take care of other topics on team level, e.g. organization of team onsites/activities.

Qualifikationen

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master student with a focus on business administration, economics, business informatics or business mathematics, ideally interested in insurance and automotive industry. First working experience as an intern or working student is beneficial
• Good knowledge and skills of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Basic knowledge and ideally first experience with agile working and digital tools (JIRA, confluence, mural etc.)
• Proficiency in English as working language, German skills beneficial
• Team player with customer-oriented mind-set, well-organized and target-driven
