YOU...

• review and refine requirements at the system and subsystem level
• write requirements for aircraft software
• develop implementation concepts for sensor functions and stores
• create functional prototypes of advanced algorithms in the area of air-to-surface weapons
• support system hazard assessements
• prepare and generate a LRI Processing Specification (LPS)
• optimize design with regard to operational requirements
• contribute to the definition of cross-platform sensor management
• travel to customer and partner companies to discuss concepts and requirements

Be our forward thinker
YOU...

• hold a degree in engineering or aerospace
• bring solid experience in the engineering or aerospace field
• understand workflows in military environment and are familiar with system and software development in aircraft
• understand the certification processes for airborne systems and ideally know system/software engineering standards like ARP 4754A, INCOSE, DO-178C
• ideally have good knowledge of tools and processes such as DOORS and Statemate
• ideally have strong knowledge of air-to-surface weapon functions, including simulation and bring knowledge of the Eurofighter weapon system
• ideally have experience in requirements management or requirements-based engineering (RBE) and analysis and have knowledge of the Eurofighter Avionics System
• have excellent English skills - German skills are a plus
