Ihre Aufgaben:

• Supporting employees and managers with HR-related inquiries via phone and in writing
• Advising on employee lifecycle processes and digital HR applications
• Recording, documenting and forwarding requests to relevant internal interfaces and specialist teams
• Working closely with internal partners and maintaining regular exchange within the team
• Handling inquiries and complaints, including research and case resolution

Ihre Qualifikationen:

• Successfully completed commercial training or a university degree
• Strong customer and service orientation combined with a friendly, professional manner
• Fluent communication skills in Italian and Spanish, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage
• A structured, reliable and detail-oriented way of working
• Team spirit and an interest in open, respectful collaboration
