Your Benefits:

Your Duties:
- Develop and implement compensation and rewards strategies in line with company objectives and local legislation
- Manage job evaluation, grading structures, and salary bands across Germany and relevant EU markets
- Conduct salary benchmarking, market analysis, and annual compensation reviews
- Oversee employee benefits programs and manage relationships with external benefits providers
- Ensure compliance with German labor law, tax, social security, and compensation regulations
- Partner closely with Payroll, Finance, Legal, and HR teams on reward-related processes
- Maintain compensation data within HRIS systems and provide HR analytics and reporting
- Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders, consultants, and external associations
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR Business Partners on compensation and people matters
Your Qualifications:
- Experience as HR Business Partner and/or Reward Specialist; experience in technology, engineering, automotive or fast-moving product environments preferred
- Solid knowledge of German labor law, compensation & benefits regulations, tax and social security considerations
- Hands-on experience with job evaluation, market benchmarking, company car policies and HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors)
- Analytical mindset: advanced Excel skills, experience with reward analytics and modelling
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written), Swedish competence is preferred
