Ihre Aufgaben:

• Assess supply risks and vulnerabilities across critical electronics and semiconductor categories
• Create transparency beyond Tier-1 suppliers and identify Tier-N supply chain dependencies
• Develop and implement mitigation strategies to secure supply continuity
• Evaluate and establish alternative sourcing strategies and supplier options
• Drive supplier escalations and support critical commercial negotiations
• Monitor semiconductor and electronics market developments and assess their impact on supply security
• Define and implement roadmaps to improve supply chain resilience and risk management capabilities
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to address supply challenges
• Transfer knowledge, best practices, and risk management methodologies to the existing procurement organization

Ihre Qualifikationen:

• Several years of experience in Electronics Procurement, Semiconductor Sourcing, or Supply Chain Management
• Deep understanding of semiconductors, electronic components, EMS, PCBAs, and control units
• Proven track record in managing component shortages, allocation situations, and supply disruptions
• Strong expertise in supply chain risk management and Tier-N supply chain transparency
• Experience within industrial manufacturing, automotive, or similar complex environments
• Ability to combine strategic analysis with hands-on execution
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent German and English communication skills (written and spoken)
