Ihre Aufgaben:

• Support the migration of HR data from legacy systems to Workday, including data analysis, mapping, and transformation / Define and maintain migration mappings, conversion rules, and related documentation
• Ensure alignment between business requirements, functional design, and technical migration solutions / Support global Workday template deployments while addressing country-specific requirements
• Execute historical data migrations and associated validation and reconciliation activities
• Analyze data quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate corrective actions
• Support local teams with data cleansing, preparation, and validation activities
• Ensure data readiness and quality for testing phases (SIT, UAT), mock loads, and Go-Live
• Support data transformation and loading activities using Workday and CloverDX
• Plan and coordinate test migrations, mock conversions, and production data loads
• Monitor migration processes, resolve data-related issues, and manage dependencies with technical and integration teams / Support document migration activities, including analysis, design, and implementation
• Collaborate with international stakeholders, technical teams, integration partners, and Accenture / Proactively identify migration risks and opportunities for process improvement

Ihre Qualifikationen:

• Hands-on experience in data migration projects
• Strong experience with HR data migrations and large-scale international rollout or transformation programs
• Proven experience in legacy-to-target data mapping
• Strong expertise in data quality assurance, data cleansing, and data validation
• Experience with reconciliation processes, defect management, and root cause analysis
• Extensive experience across the full data conversion lifecycle, including mock loads, cutover, and Go-Live
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and country organizations on data preparation activities
• Self-driven, structured, and solution-oriented working style with a high degree of ownership
• Excellent communication skills and a hands-on approach
