Your Duties:

• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards
• Integrate and transform data from ERP, CRM and sales systems to ensure reliable reporting
• Act as the key contact for Sales Portal users and provide 1st and 2nd level support
• Analyse issues, test new functionalities and contribute to process improvements
• Create user documentation and deliver trainings to business stakeholders

Your Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems or a comparable qualification
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, Power Query and SQL
• Understanding of ERP and CRM systems such as SAP, Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
• Business fluent English, German is an advantage but not mandatory
