During your internship, you will help shape the future of aviation training with XR technology. You will gain insights into modern learning tools, training concepts and strategic product development while working in a dynamic environment with international, cross‑functional teams in the LAT network.

XR Training Strategy

• Apply methods in strategic and organizational development, change and project management
• Support LAT management and airline partners
• Improve communication and collaboration
• Conduct strategy workshops

XR Training Operations

• Support XR tool implementation and operations across training centers
• Develop processes for engineering, operations and support
• Collaborate with multiple internal departments
• Work with suppliers and airline customers

Ihr Profil:

• Enrolment for the full internship period (or gap year). A current enrolment certificate and, if applicable, writtenproof of compulsory internship must be submitted
• Your mindset, skillset and capabilities weigh more than the particular subjects or grades of your studies!
• Willingness to expand on and hone your knowledge and skills and grow with us
• Structured, independent and flexible way of working
• Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and initiative
• Previous personal or professional experience with XR Technology (VR/MR/AR) is a plus
• Strong interest in aviation topics will make you feel at home immediately
• Very good knowledge of German and English
