In this role, you will help design the target IT architecture of Lufthansa Cargo with a focus on AI and technology-driven warehouse automation solutions.

You will combine strategic architectural expertise with operational implementation and ensure that innovative technologies deliver measurable value to the business.

Your responsibilities include:

• Further development of the reference architecture and design of relevant building blocks with a focus on warehouse automation solutions
• Evaluation of technologies for innovative warehouse automation solutions, e.g. in areas such as autonomous vehicles, physical robotics, and digital twin
• Definition of target architectures, migration scenarios, and roadmaps for introducing and scaling innovative warehouse automation solutions

Ihr Profil:

You think strategically, are technologically savvy, and move confidently between business and IT. This is what you bring:

• Completed university degree (Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable field) or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of proven professional experience in the field of modern warehouse automation solutions
• Several years of experience with cloud, AI, GenAI, and technology evaluation
• Experience participating in or leading complex projects
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Very good German and English language skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally for business
