• Analyzing and evaluating existing processes (e.g. material and information flow analyses, data analyses)
• Collaboration on process improvement and optimization projects
• Derivation and implementation of specific measures
• Working independently on smaller projects and contributing your own ideas
• Creating reports and KPI evaluations to increase transparency and data quality
• Support in the planning and implementation of workshops

Ihr Profil:

At the time of the internship, you are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree course in business informatics, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration or similar.

• Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (a current certificate of enrollment and, in the case of a mandatory internship,proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or an internship between Bachelor's and Master's degree (gap year)
• Analytical skills and enjoy working with complex data and processes
• Confident handling of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Prior knowledge of process management, production processes, change management or lean management is a plus
• Basic SQL knowledge and initial experience with data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI) is an advantage
• Conceptual and structured way of working
• Very good knowledge of German and English
