As the Employer Branding team, we inspire a wide range of target groups for Lufthansa Technik. Our focus is on attracting new colleagues.

  • You observe current social media trends and best practices in employer branding and implement them independently
  • You develop creative video concepts and plan photo shoots as well as video productions
  • You create target group-oriented posts for the lufthansagroupcareers channels and prepare content either independently or together with our social media agency

Ihr Profil:

  • At the time of the internship, you are at least in your third semester of studies

  • You must be enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (current enrollment certificate and certificate of mandatory internship must be attached to the application), or the internship takes place between your Bachelor's and Master's studies (Gap Year)

  • You feel at home in the world of social media and have already gained experience in image and video conception as well as editing

  • You impress with your strong writing skills and creativity and enjoy being in front of the camera from time to time

  • You are communicative, open-minded, and able to relate to different target groups (e.g. pupils, students, professionals)

  • You enjoy working in a team, take on responsibility, and organize yourself independently
