• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Standard Solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Develop, maintain and optimize global Air & Road standard products, including SLAs, processes and pricing logic
• Drive automation, digitization and process improvements across the standard product portfolio
• Collaborate with Network & Partner Management on partner strategy, performance, and cost optimization
• Analyze market trends, customer requirements and competitor offerings to guide product development
• Monitor product performance and implement initiatives for continuous improvement
• Serve as the interface with IT and Project Management for product-related system enhancements
• Communicate product strategy, progress and updates to internal and external stakeholders

Ihr Profil:

• Bachelor degree with 5 years of experience, Master degree with 3 years, or extensive relevant work experience
• Freight forwarding and procuct management expertise
• Strong conceptional, organizational, analytical and communication skills
• Ability to influence and work in a matrix setup
• Proven ability to data-driven decision making
• Proficient in MS Office and relevant software
• Excellent verbal and written English and German skills
• Business Travel
