LHA Strategy and Sustainability Team is responsible for developing and implementing the strategy and achieving the sustainability goals, including by advising and supporting the LHA Management Board.

Your main tasks include:

• Planning, implementation and management of tasks with high economic and strategic importance
• Structuring and analyzing complex, multidimensional and cross-divisional issues
• Development of target systems, key figures and measures to control and monitor strategy implementation
• Communicating the strategy and sustainability initiatives to the specialist departments and overarching stakeholders
• Supporting the development of concepts and, in some cases, comprehensive business planning for project implementation

Ihr Profil:

To complete an internship in our company, you must be at least in your 3rd semester at the time of the internship.

• Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of matriculation and writtenproof of compulsory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree (gap year)
• You are studying economics, industrial engineering, natural sciences or a similar field of study with an economic focus
• You are business fluent in German and English
• You are a professional in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• You are a team player and have a high degree of creativity, flexibility and commitment
