Your tasks at a glance:
- Identifying, managing, and, if necessary, forwarding sales opportunities with the goal of achieving profitable contract closures
- Systematic development and analysis of the customer base to sustainably improve results
- Presenting and actively marketing Lufthansa Cargo’s product and service portfolio to existing and potential customers
- Developing and selling customer-oriented logistics solutions in close coordination with all units involved in the sales process (especially inside sales)
- Recording, forwarding, and tracking complaints, irregularities, and claims, including continuous status communication to the customer

What you should bring:
- High school diploma and completed vocational training or comparable professional experience
- Professional experience in logistics
- Fluent German and English skills (business-level proficiency)
- Practical knowledge of modern office communication tools and sales-specific IT systems
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Independent, results-oriented working style
- Analytical thinking and strong organizational skills
- High willingness to travel within Germany
