Your tasks at a glance:

  • Identifying, managing, and, if necessary, forwarding sales opportunities with the goal of achieving profitable contract closures
  • Systematic development and analysis of the customer base to sustainably improve results
  • Presenting and actively marketing Lufthansa Cargo’s product and service portfolio to existing and potential customers
  • Developing and selling customer-oriented logistics solutions in close coordination with all units involved in the sales process (especially inside sales)
  • Recording, forwarding, and tracking complaints, irregularities, and claims, including continuous status communication to the customer

Ihr Profil:

What you should bring:

  • High school diploma and completed vocational training or comparable professional experience
  • Professional experience in logistics
  • Fluent German and English skills (business-level proficiency)
  • Practical knowledge of modern office communication tools and sales-specific IT systems
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Independent, results-oriented working style
  • Analytical thinking and strong organizational skills
  • High willingness to travel within Germany
