We support and advise the Lufthansa Group’s business units on implementing legally required occupational safety regulations and company-wide minimum standards, with a focus on the technical field.
Your key responsibilities:
Consulting and Auditing: Independent safety consulting and auditing based on legal and internal regulations
Analysis and Prevention: Assessment of working conditions and development of measures to prevent hazards
Accident Analysis: Investigation of accidents as well as hazardous and stressful situations
Training: Conducting workshops and training sessions for managers, employees, and external partners
Projects: Independent participation and shared leadership in projects and programs (e.g., for systematization, digitization, and standardization), as well as coordination of interdisciplinary interfaces
Ihr Profil:
Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a technical focus (mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or comparable)
Experience: Training as an occupational safety specialist, preferably in a technical environment; many years of professional experience are desirable
Skills: Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, strategic understanding, and a talent for planning and organization
Communication: Empathy, negotiation skills, and a confident demeanor
Team Player: Strong customer focus and ability to work well in a team
Commitment: High level of initiative and dedication
Languages: Very good command of German and English
