Stellenbeschreibung

In a dynamic, interconnected environment, you will work with internal and external partners to develop our brand, manage projects, and personally implement design solutions. In doing so, you will ensure that Lufthansa Cargo delivers a compelling visual presence across all channels.

General Responsibilities

  • Managing multiple subject areas and delivering projects
  • Steering and continuously developing your area of responsibility
  • Contributing to and, where appropriate, leading projects

Specific Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the consistent application and development of Corporate Design across all communication channels (print, digital, social media, special formats, etc.)
  • Managing the visual brand in co-branding activities and partnerships while considering specific requirements
  • Managing, briefing, and quality-assuring external agencies, including budget planning
  • Advising internal stakeholders on translating content requirements into effective visual communication solutions
  • Independently delivering design and media production services under significant time pressure or limited budgets

Ihr Profil:

What You Bring

  • Strategic understanding of branding combined with design excellence and the ability to translate complex requirements into clear visual solutions
  • Completed university degree (ideally in Graphic Design) or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in Corporate Design and Brand Management
  • Proficiency in common design and collaboration tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, as well as Frontify, Canva, Figma or Miro) and an interest in applying AI solutions
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, high level of ownership, and strong execution skills
  • Confident presence with excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills combined with a high degree of self-management
  • Business-fluent German and English language skills
