Working Student Agile (all genders)

As a Working Student , I support our agile transformation by helping teams emb agile ways of working, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement. I contribute to transformation initiatives, communication, and the adoption of agile practices across the organization.

What I’ll do:

• I support agile transformation across teams.
• I coordinate workshops, initiatives, and activities.
• I support agile coaches and teams in adopting agile practices.
• I facilitate ceremonies and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• I create documentation, templates, and communication materials.
• I analyze feedback and improvement opportunities.
• I support change management and stakeholder engagement.
• I track initiatives and prepare status updates.
• I apply Scrum, Kanban, and Design Thinking methods.
• I collaborate with international stakeholders.
• I bring a hands-on mindset and support valuable outcomes.

Ihr Profil:

What I'll need:

• I study Business, Economics, Psychology, Organizational Development, Innovation, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
• I remain enrolled throughout the contract.
• I am interested in agile methods, transformation, and change/project management.
• I gained first experience through internships, university projects, or working student roles.
• I know Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Design Thinking, and continuous improvement approaches.
• I communicate effectively and enjoy collaborating with diverse teams.
• I work in a structured, proactive, and curious way.
• I have good Microsoft Office and O365 skills.
• I take ownership and bring a hands-on mindset.
• I have very good English skills; German is a plus.
• I can work on-site in Frankfurt two days per week.
