Internship Project Management

You'll be part of a key strategic project in our Engine Services segment. Together with the cross-functional project team, you will work on implementing transformation and optimization initiatives, gaining insights into project management along the way. You can expect the following responsibilities:

• You will support the project leadership team in project management and the PMO in steering and coordinating the project
• You will independently handle work packages and organizational tasks as part of day-to-day project work
• You will collaborate with various stakeholders from Operations, Production, and Management
• You will independently develop and prepare communication materials for various internal audiences
• You will prepare meetings and project events, facilitate them, and handle follow-up tasks
• You will create internal presentations, management updates, and decision-making documents

Ihr Profil:

We are looking for someone who can support us with creative ideas and an open, dedicated approach.

• At the time of the internship, you must be in at least your third semester of a degree program
• You are pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics or (business) psychology
• You must be enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (a current certificate of enrollment and a writtenproof of mandatory internship must be included with your application) or the internship must take place between your bachelor’s and master’s programs (Gap Year)
• You have strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work
• Initial experience in project management or with process management methods is a plus
• You have very good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
• You have very good German and English skills.
