Internship Freight Auditing and Billing

• gain practical skills with a focus on routine tasks related to factual and professional freight transportation invoice auditing and acceptance.
• Cooperation in terms of billing our services to LH group internal and external customers.
• Support in further developing our internal performance monitoring logic (productivity, quality, etc.) and the measures to check our quality.
• Execution of regular quality checks and implementation of corrections required as a result of the quality monitoring.
• Data analysis and preparation of corresponding reports and presentations.
• Involvement in process improvements and respective documentation in the database.
• Participation in projects, e.g. for further digitalization of our processes.

Ihr Profil:

Become part of our team and learn how the invoices by our transportation providers related for services within our worldwide transportation network for aircraft spare parts are being audited and billed our group internal and external customers.

• You are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree program at the time of the internship
• Enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a writtenproof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
• Confident handling of common Office 365 and Power Applications
• Fluent knowledge of English
• Practical experience through training or other internships, preferably in the logistics sector
• You can start your internship at any time, but at the earliest approximately three months after applying
