• First point of contact for our internal and external customers as a Special Service Expert Logistics +
• Responsible for ensuring smooth customs clearance processes
• Monitoring of transport execution (shipment tracking) as well as coordination of transport partners and implementation of alternative solutions in the event of unforeseen disruptions
• Ensuring compliance with operational KPIs
• Co-responsibility for monthly bookings of existing customers within our network
• Supporting larger national and international projects
• Supporting our foreign subsidiaries as part of a central competence team

Ihr Profil:

• Completed vocational training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk, air traffic clerk, or a comparable commercial qualification, with comprehensive knowledge of the global logistics market
• Excellent customer and service orientation, with the ability to inspire our customers even in critical and stressful situations through a “Yes We Can” attitude
• Independent, solution-oriented, and goal-driven way of working, combined with commitment, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Friendly and professional demeanour, strong communication skills, excellent teamwork, and a strong problem-solving mindset
• Very good German and good English skills, as well as confident use of MS Office applications
