The role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, discretion in handling confidential information, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and international environment.

• Manage the Commercial Director’s calendar, travel arrangements, and appointments
• Coordinate executive briefings and support management meetings
• Handle correspondence, emails, and communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Support budgeting
• Prepare reports and presentations
• Organize events, workshops, and team meetings
• Ensure effective communication and information flow across departments
• Support Agile Working initiatives within the Commercial Community
• Coordinate and follow up on input for meetings and projects
• Provide administrative support to the CEO when present at the Frankfurt office

Preferred Qualities

• Proactive, reliable, service-oriented and hands-on. Excellent organizational, planning and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Discreet and professional. Able to manage priorities in a dynamic environment and work collaboratively.

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification

• Previous experience in executive assistance or a similar role

• Strong MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams

• Fluent in English; German skills are considered an asset

• Exemplary communication skills, both oral and written

• Experience in an international and fast-paced business environment is a plus
