Senior DevOps Engineer – Cloud & AI Infrastructure (f/m/x)

Your responsibilities:

• Build and operate Kubernetes infrastructure.
• Automate infrastructure using ArgoCD and Helm.
• Develop and optimize stable CI/CD pipelines.
• Introduce and further develop GitOps and Infrastructure-as-Code processes.
• Establish end-to-end monitoring and proactive alerting.
• Ensure platform availability, scalability, and security.
• Operate and optimize compute-intensive AI and GPU workloads.
• Collaborate closely with backend, AI, and frontend development teams.
• Challenge and improve the current DevOps setup.

Your qualifications:

• Senior-level DevOps expertise.
• Strong Go programming skills.
• Experience with Kubernetes, containers, and cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, GitOps, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Strong understanding of Linux, networks, and platform operations.
• Strong focus on automation and reliable systems.
• Ability to contribute deep expertise and enable knowledge transfer within the team.
• Experience with Terraform, Pulumi, or Rust is a plus.
• Experience operating AI and GPU workloads is a plus.
• English proficiency required; German is a plus.
