Your tasks:
- Submission and tracking of expense reports
- General administrative support for the R&D Planning team
- Regularly analysing and managing resource and budget status
- Analysing and booking outsourcing costs
Your profile:
- Initial experience in administration or project support is an advantage
- Structured, reliable and independent way of working
- Good knowledge of MS Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- Korean language
