ERP Expert (m/f/d) SAP S/4HANA & Integrations

Your tasks:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP integration topics across business and IT stakeholders
• Analyze, document, and maintain AS-IS and TO-BE integration architectures covering SAP S/4HANA and legacy systems
• Identify gaps, dependencies, and risks within the ERP integration landscape and define mitigation actions
• Support change and CAP initiatives through business impact, feasibility, and cost analysis
• Oversee development and change activities, ensuring requirements, scope, and timelines are met
• Track delivery progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure timely escalation where needed
• Monitor integration performance and ensure stable operations of ERP-related interfaces

Your profile:

• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or major ERP transformation programs in large enterprises
• Background in project and/or IT management within complex, cross-functional environments
• Solid expertise in SAP integration technologies (APIs, IDocs, RFC) and SAP modules such as FI/CO and SD
• Experience integrating legacy systems within enterprise ERP landscapes
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across business, IT, and external vendors, including near- and offshore teams
• Skilled in documentation, testing coordination, and structured change management practices
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with collaboration and tracking tools (e.g., Jira, MS collaboration tools)
• Fluent in English
