Payroll Coordination and Project Support (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Preparing and validating payroll input data, including new hires, terminations, transfers, and compensation changes according to payroll calendars and deadlines
• Maintain accurate employee payroll records and documentation
• Support Audits; payroll reconciliations and data checks
• Coordinate payroll inputs with HR, employees, managers, and external payroll vendors
• Monitor payroll timelines and follow up on pending payroll actions
• Assist in tracking payroll-related activities and deliverables across European countries
• Escalate payroll issues and discrepancies to the Payroll Lead

Your profile:

• Degree in accounting, finance, management or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in operational HR administration, including exposure to payroll processes and employee lifecycle management
• Practical experience supporting payroll activities, with a solid understanding of payroll-related data, documentation, and processes
• Proficient communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with HR, payroll providers, managers, and employees
• Fluent English skills
