Your tasks:

• Defining electronic system architectures
• Guiding technical decisions and technology choices across projects
• Leading and facilitating design reviews
• Contributing to technical pre-sales activities
• Providing technical support and mentoring to Hardware teams
• Collaborating closely with FPGA, Software, and Systems Engineering experts
• Addressing and resolving complex technical challenges
• Developing and promoting engineering standards, methodologies, and best practices within the design office

Your profile:

• Engineering degree in Electronics or an equivalent qualification
• At least 8 years of experience in electronic hardware development
• Proven experience in the architecture and design of electronic boards and systems
• A system-level mindset enabling effective collaboration across multiple engineering disciplines
• Experience working within an engineering design office or delivering end-to-end development projects
• Initial experience providing technical leadership, mentoring teams, or acting as a technical reference for projects
• Fluency in English; fluent German is a strong advantage
