Do you want to lead a logistics site where reliability, clear structures, and strong teamwork are at the core? At our location in the south of Frankfurt we're currently seraching for a Senior Logistics Manager - Data Center Operations (m/w/x). You will be responsible for running daily operations, developing your team, and ensuring that processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. • Operational Site Leadership: You take full responsibility for the operational and organizational management of the logistics site, ensuring smooth, efficient and secure end to end processes, for a team of approximately 20-40 employees.

• Continuous Process Improvement: You Analyze workflows and implement improvements to enhance stability, efficiency and quality.

• KPI, Budget & Forecast Management: You steer KPIs, costs and forecasts transparently and reliably, ensuring optimal results.

• Stakeholder management: You foster seamless communication with clients and internal stakeholders in both English and German.

• Safety & Quality Standards: You take ownership of compliance with all safety and quality regulations and continuously develop standards further.

• Professional Experience: You bring several years of experience in operational logistics and leading larger teams, ideally in a tech focused environment or in handling sensitive electronic components e.g. as a Logistics Manager or Deputy Site Manager

• Education: You hold a degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a comparable field.

• Process & Method Expertise: You have a high degree of expertise in operational management, process optimization, KPI management and Lean methods, and you bring a high degree of commercial knowledge.

• IT & System Skills: Excellent SAP skills, strong MS Office knowledge as well as experience working other with logistics systems.

• Languages & Mindset: Fluent English skills. German skills are a strong plus.

• Personality: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment where a hands-on mindset and flexibility are required.
