• End-to-end operational responsibility: You manage all warehouse operations, data center logistics, infrastructure services, and transport, ensuring reliable, efficient, and customer‑oriented processes.

• Building scalable structures: You design and implement scalable and future‑proof operational frameworks that support rapid growth and long‑term stability.

• Empowering teams on-site: Through regular team reviews and site visits, you enable your teams to remove obstacles, improve continuously, and maintain high performance.

• Process excellence & performance steering: You standardize processes, analyze workflows, manage KPIs and budgets, and ensure effective cost steering paired with high service quality.

• Strong customer focus: You build and maintain trust-based customer relationships, resolve issues quickly and sustainably, and uphold the highest safety and quality standards.

• Leadership experience in complex environments: You bring several years of leadership experience in logistics operations, technical services, or data center-related logistics and feel confident managing diverse operational areas.

• Experience with international teams: You have successfully led large, international teams and know how to create an environment where people grow and take ownership.

• Technical and logistical know-how: You possess a strong understanding of technical processes, infrastructure operations, and logistics workflows and bring a solution-oriented, pragmatic mindset.

• Performance and process-driven: You are experienced in KPI steering, budgeting, and lean methodologies and use them effectively to drive continuous improvement.

• Language skills & soft skills: You have excellent English skills (German language skills are a plus), and you stand out through clear communication, reliability, curiosity, and a collaborative, forward‑looking leadership style.

• Shaping impact & international collaboration: In this visible key role, you actively shape structures, work with modern infrastructure, and collaborate closely with international teams to drive meaningful progress.
