We are looking to strengthen our Airfreight Tender Management team at our Neu-Isenburg location at the earliest possible date.

About You

* You manage major tenders and RFQs end‑to‑end, from initial request through to on‑time submission.
* You create competitive, customer‑focused proposals, leveraging your product and market expertise.
* You collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Pricing, and Procurement to align on the optimal tender strategy.
* You ensure that all customer requirements are clearly understood, fully implemented, and compliant with global processes and relevant regulations.
* You drive innovation and continuous improvement through specialized initiatives and projects.
* You monitor market trends and pricing developments to optimize solutions and increase hit rates.
* You deliver high‑quality, consistent proposal documentation across all internal and external formats.
* You actively use the CRM system and ensure transparency throughout the tender process.

About your Profile

* You hold a Bachelor’s degree in International Business or International Relations.
* You bring a minimum of 1 year of experience in an airline or freight forwarder, within Pricing, Operations, Customer Service, or Inside Sales.
* You communicate clearly and build strong relationships.
* You think entrepreneurially, take ownership, and actively drive innovation and change.
* You work in a structured, self‑organized, and reliable manner, even under pressure.
* You bring strong functional expertise in the tender and proposal environment.
* You confidently analyze budgets and total spend and make data‑driven decisions.
* You are highly detail‑oriented and consistently deliver high‑quality results.
* You apply advanced Excel skills for analysis and calculations.
* You are committed to continuous personal development.
