HSE Advisor (m/w/d)

IHR PROFIL:

• Recognized HSE qualification (e.g. Fachkraft für
  Arbeitssicherheit, NEBOSH)

• Qualification as “SiGeKo” according to “Baustellenverordnung
  (BaustellV)”

• Experience within offshore wind or complex construction projects
  involving multi-contractor interfaces

• Experience auditing and monitoring Contractors on complex
  multi‑contractor projects

• Effective communication, influencing and reporting skills, with
  proven ability to challenge constructively and maintain independence

• Ability to manage and engage with internal and external
  stakeholders, fostering constructive collaboration

• Knowledge of German HSE legislation and environmental requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English skills, good German skills

• Full GWO Basic Training and GWO Enhanced First Aid

• HUET incl. EBS training

• Nogepa, AWMF or OEUK Medical including Fitness Test

• Full driving license

• Proactive, confident communicator with a collaborative mindset,
  able to build strong relationships while maintaining independent
  assurance

• Able to balance assurance, coaching and support roles without
  compromising independence or clarity of Contractor responsibilities

• Strong ethical approach and commitment to continuous improvement

• Able to adapt to changing site conditions (including offshore and
  marine environments), shifting priorities and multiple stakeholder
  expectations

• ISO 45001 Lead Auditor qualification (desirable)

• Root cause analysis training (e.g. Taproot, Tripod, Kelvin
  TOP‑SET) (desirable)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

• The HSE Advisor ensures project-level implementation of legal
  requirements, company-wide governance, reporting and WeCare standards
• The HSE Advisor will act as the Representative in dedicated work
  packages during the preparation and construction phases of the NSC B
  Offshore windfarm project. Occasionally offshore presence during
  installation
• The role will make sure that HSE requirements are implemented
  within the packages, verify that Contractors and Subcontractors plan,
  coordinate and execute their activities safely, in accordance with
  applicable legislation and project HSE requirements
• Participation in meetings, HSE initiatives, HIRA sessions
• Timely review of HSE documentation
• Timely reporting of incidents and HSE KPIs
• HSE contributions to method statement and permit to work reviews
  for high risk tasks
• Timely notification, support and documentation for incident
  reporting, investigations and root cause analyses, including
  recommendations and lessons learned
• When offshore or at sites documented HSE walkdown and audit
  findings, with follow up verification
