HSE Manager Offshore Projekt (m/w/d)

IHR PROFIL:

• Degree or recognised professional qualification in Occupational
  Health and Safety, Safety Engineering or a related discipline, or an
  equivalent combination of qualifications and relevant professional
  experience

• Demonstrated knowledge of HSE management systems, including ISO
  45001 and ISO 14001

• Experience working with multidisciplinary project teams and
  contractor organisations

• Minimum of seven years of relevant HSE experience in large-scale
  construction, offshore wind or comparable high-risk energy projects

• Demonstrated experience supporting offshore wind projects during
  development, engineering, procurement or pre-construction

• Strong understanding of HSE risk management in offshore
  construction and marine environments

• Proven experience developing and implementing project-specific HSE
  management documentation and requirements

• Practical experience contributing to engineering and design risk
  assessments, including HAZID, design reviews and Prevention through
  Design

• Demonstrated experience in contractor HSE management, including
  pre-qualification, tender evaluations and contractor readiness
  assessments

• Sound working knowledge of applicable German occupational health
  and safety legislation and the regulatory requirements relevant to
  German offshore wind projects

• Ability to translate corporate HSE requirements and regulatory
  obligations into practical, project-specific arrangements.

• Strong organisational skills, including the ability to manage
  multiple deliverables, maintain structured action tracking and meet
  project milestones

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the
  ability to influence engineering, procurement and project management
  decisions

• Ability to work independently, challenge constructively and
  escalate significant HSE risks when required

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to produce concise,
  decision-oriented management reports

• Professional working proficiency in English and German
