Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for the Dutch market
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders on hiring strategies and recruitment activities
- Identify and engage qualified candidates through active sourcing and talent pipeline development
- Analyze recruitment data and provide insights to support talent acquisition strategy and hiring priorities
- Contribute to internal mobility programs and regional recruitment activities
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Executive Search
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Confident working with international stakeholders
- Fluent Dutch and English language skills
- Right to work in the Netherlands or Germany
