SENIOR IT PROJECT MANAGER (M/F/D) – AGILE DELIVERY

Your tasks
* Lead and deliver large-scale international IT projects and programs in a fast‑paced global environment
* Drive agile delivery using Scrum, Kanban or SAFe, ensuring transparency, continuous delivery and continuous improvement
* Shape project scope, milestones, roadmaps, resourcing and financial planning in alignment with business and IT strategy
* Identify, communicate and mitigate project risks, dependencies and escalations, ensuring proactive stakeholder alignment
* Collaborate closely with global product owners, business units, operations teams and IT architecture
* Ensure project compliance with DHL Group security, architectural and governance frameworks
* Facilitate agile ceremonies and coach teams to foster collaboration, ownership and high performance
* Prepare and deliver senior leadership updates, steering committee presentations and decision‑making materials

Your profile
* 8–12+ years of experience managing complex IT projects or programs within multinational environments
* Demonstrated ability to lead multi‑country agile deliveries with distributed teams and diverse stakeholder groups
* Strong expertise in agile methodologies and proven involvement in agile transformation initiatives
* Experience managing large budgets, vendor relationships and external delivery partners
* Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns, cloud architectures and security fundamentals
* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and facilitate cross‑functional alignment
* Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively and drive strategic project outcomes
* Fluent English skills; additional languages are an advantage

Preferred
* Experience in eCommerce, logistics or parcel operations
* Familiarity with DHL Group products, data flows and operational platforms
* Knowledge of scaled agile frameworks such as SAFe
* Experience using Jira, Confluence or similar tools
* Coaching or mentoring experience within project delivery teams
