What to Expect
In this role, you will collaborate extensively across the business — partnering closely with New Vehicle Sales and Delivery, the Service department, the infrastructure team, senior management, and a network of third-party partners and contracted service providers. At its core, this position is about driving the performance of the Tesla CPO business. You will own inventory control across your region, ensuring vehicles are efficiently distributed across UC Centres / markets and made available online with minimal idle time. Your focus will span cost reduction, profitability improvement, faster turn times, and growing intake volumes — all while maintaining the high retail standards our Tesla CPO customers expect. Success in this role requires a blend of analytical thinking, operational discipline, and the ability to build strong relationships. You will work in close partnership with the Refurbishment, Sales & Delivery and stakeholders across EMEA, acting as a bridge between operational execution and customer experience — helping both the refurbishment and sales & delivery teams stay aligned to avoid escalations and consistently exceed customer expectations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and execute Used Vehicle sales, delivery, and inventory strategy across your region, ensuring operational excellence and minimal vehicle idle time
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with Sales, Operations, Refurbishment, and HQ stakeholders, as well as third-party partners and senior management
- Identify and develop new channels to accelerate sales pace and grow volume, including third-party partnerships and digital enhancements
- Act as a mentor and culture carrier for the Central Europe Used Cars and Fleet Team, fostering high performance and supporting individual development
- Proactively surface opportunities for continuous improvement and take ownership of driving meaningful change across processes and workflows
- Lead the regional shift from a volume-first mindset to a quality- and customer-centric approach, setting the standard for how Used Tesla products are presented, sold, and delivered
- Oversee the management of the internal fleet, including Demo, Display, Loaner, and Internal vehicles, ensuring optimal allocation, availability, and condition across the region
