A Snapshot of Your Day
You start your day reviewing order status and project milestones for several key sites in Germany, aligning priorities with production, logistics, and sales colleagues. Throughout the day, you coordinate order processing activities, resolve issues, and keep projects on track through focused collaboration and clear communication. Regular touchpoints with customers and internal stakeholders ensure transparency on delivery dates, pricing, and risks. You document progress, update reports, and prepare concise status updates for management, balancing structured planning with hands-on problem solving across complex project environments.
How You’ll Make an Impact
* Responsibility for end-to-end lifecycle management of assigned project orders from quotation through fulfillment
* Coordination of order execution across customers, production, logistics, and distribution to meet agreed project timelines
* Monitoring of project progress and order status with proactive identification and resolution of risks, errors, and delays
* Ensuring compliance with company standards, policies, and specific project or workers’ council agreements
* Acting as the central point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders with transparent, timely communication
* Preparation and maintenance of project documentation, service records, and regular performance and status reports
What You Bring
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, project management, or a related field
* first experience in project management or complex order management within an industrial or energy-related environment
* ability to manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
* Strong expertise in order processing, project coordination, supply chain interaction, and risk management
* Solid business, commercial, and contract awareness combined with customer relationship management skills
* Clear communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving capability, and structured reporting mindset
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and
decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof,
steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings,
modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
