A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Project Manager (f/m/d) for boiler systems (HRSG), you support both proposal and execution phases of international projects. Your day includes close collaboration global engineering teams and suppliers. You review customer specifications, prepare technical and commercial inputs, and support proposal development. You also coordinate supplier inquiries and evaluate offers. During execution, you ensure smooth integration of boiler systems and align interfaces across disciplines while monitoring progress, quality, and timelines.
How You’ll Make an Impact
* Responsibility for design, quality, and schedule in proposal and execution projects
* Evaluation of customer requirements, specifications, and contractual documents
* Preparation and comparison of technical specifications and inquiry documentation for suppliers
* Compilation of request-for-quotation documents, analysis and comparison of supplier offers, and support of contract negotiations until execution readiness
* Coordination of system interfaces across engineering disciplines and ensuring contractor performance regarding schedule, quality, and design reviews
* Review and support of component design as well as integration of boiler systems into overall power plant concepts
What You Bring
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering with experience in the power plant industry
* Deep understanding of materials, welding, mechanical design, and relevant codes and standards, including familiarity with engineering data tools
* Experience in engineering, preferably in contractor management and international project execution, with knowledge of EPC business and/or boiler suppliers as a plus
* Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and willingness to travel internationally
* Fluent English language skills and strong intercultural competence for global collaboration
* High level of self-motivation

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and
decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof,
steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings,
modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
