Senior Hardware Development Engineer (m/f/d) in Bissen

On behalf of our renowned client with headquarters in Bissen (Luxembourg) we are looking for a Senior Hardware Development Engineer (m/f/d) for the automotive industry.

The position will be filled directly and permanent with the client.

Our client is an innovative, Luxembourg based high-tech company with several state-of-the-art divisions.

Your tasks

• Developing automotive ECUs according to automotive standards and processes
• Managing requirements
• Developing ECU architectures and circuits, which includes circuit calculation and simulation
• Designing schematics and PBCs
• Taking care of the design documentation
• Debugging and characterizing ECUs
• Being the technical interface for other internal teams, customers, and suppliers
• Reporting the project status regularly

Your profile

• An academic degree in electrical engineering is a requirement
• Extensive experience (more than 6 years) in HW development
• Experience in automotive HW development is a very significant advantage
• Experience with SOC based Radar systems, preferably for automotive applications, is a significant advantage
• Ability to analyse and solve complex problems
• Entrepreneurial thinking
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Ability to distribute and spread knowledge within the team
• Experience in Python is considered as an advantage
• Fluency in English is mandatory; German and French are assets
