Aufgaben und Qualifikationen:

 Your tasks:
You take end-to-end ownership of one or more PMO services (e.g. Resource Management) ensuring effective delivery, continous improvment and alignment with business needs.
You define, maintain and evolve PMO standards, governance frameworks, reporting structures and project management methodologies to support successful project delivery.
You provide transparency on project performance by identifying risks, dependencies and critical issues early, assessing their impact and enabling informed decision-making.
You act as a trusted advisor to project leaders, stream leads and senior stakeholders, supporting planning, monitoring, controlling and the resolution of complex project challenges.
You coach and enable project teams through training, onboarding, workshops and guidance on project management best practices, tools and governance processes.
You ensure high-quality project documentation, knowledge management and collaboration environments, leveraging tools such as SharePoint, JIRA, Power BI and MS Project.
 
Your profile:
You hold a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Business Informatics or a comparable field.
You bring 5+ years of experience in PMO, project governance, transformation management or related project delivery roles in large-scale projects in an international environment.
You are comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams and possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
You combine a structured and self-driven way of working with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
You have hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Power BI, MS Project, SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
You are fluent in English; German and project management certifications are a plus.
